目前国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）已批准6家基于实时荧光RT-PCR的2019-nCoV核酸检测试剂盒（下表1）和1家基于高通量测序的试剂盒。实时荧光RT-PCR试剂盒主要分为2类，二重实时荧光RT-PCR和三重实时荧光RT-PCR（均为Taqman探针法）；二重检测的靶基因主要是ORF1ab基因和N基因；三重是ORF1ab基因、N基因和E基因。³
